1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajaj4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at https://bajaj4d.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through the bajaj4d platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the bajaj4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bajaj4d operates an absolute minimum age requirement of 21 years for all account holders. This requirement applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bajaj4d platform or any affiliated platform operated by the same group.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme that covers online gaming services.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajaj4d will merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus claims, and may suspend the primary account pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a password. You may also be asked to provide additional personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact telephone number. All information must be accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bajaj4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify bajaj4d immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings.

4.3 KYC Verification

bajaj4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with our licensing obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, account termination.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajaj4d accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Accepted methods may vary from time to time at the Platform's sole discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: RM50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• bajaj4d does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate applicable at the time of blockchain confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for eligible accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Unverified accounts are subject to extended processing times of up to 5 business days.
• bajaj4d reserves the right to impose a 24-hour security review on any withdrawal request that triggers fraud detection systems.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bajaj4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus of RM100 subject to a 15x wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in cumulative qualifying bets before withdrawal.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is MYR 500 unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply:

• Video Slots — 100%
• Live Casino Table Games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) — 10%
• Sports Betting (pre-match) — 100%
• Sports Betting (in-play, odds below 1.50) — 0%
• Crash Games — 50%

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion terms. Where no window is stated, a default expiry of 14 calendar days from the date of credit applies. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.

6.6 Abuse & Fraud Prevention

bajaj4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, matched betting using bonus funds, low-variance betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Where abuse is identified, bajaj4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

7 Gaming Rules & Conduct

All games offered on the bajaj4d platform operate under their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These rules form part of this Agreement. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during any game session, bajaj4d reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the wagered amount. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Players are prohibited from employing any software, tool, or methodology designed to give an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including bots, automated betting scripts, or predictive algorithms. Any such conduct will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

8 Sportsbook Terms

bajaj4d's sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, international football tournaments, UFC events, and other major global sports. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time of placement. Odds may change without notice prior to bet acceptance.
• bajaj4d reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency and suspension rules. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded may be voided.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, or abandonment, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum single-bet stake: RM5. Maximum stake limits vary by event and market.
• Palpable (obvious) pricing errors will be voided regardless of the outcome, and stakes refunded.

9 Responsible Gambling

bajaj4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Session Time Reminders — Automated notifications after specified play durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntary account exclusion for periods of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajaj4d platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game code, graphics, text, database compilations, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajaj4d or its licensed game and content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants any user a licence, right, or interest in any bajaj4d intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from bajaj4d. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajaj4d's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of this platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajaj4d expressly disclaims all liability for: indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; loss of data or profits; interruptions in service caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, and government actions); or any reliance placed on platform content.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bajaj4d makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bajaj4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse is detected.
• Unauthorised access or security breach is identified.
• The player is found to be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any applicable anti-money-laundering regulations require such action.
• A mandatory self-exclusion or court order applies to the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 10 business days. Bonus funds are not returned upon account closure under any circumstances.

13 Disputes & Complaints

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or any other platform matter, you should first contact bajaj4d Support by submitting a detailed complaint via Live Chat or email to [email protected]. Please include your account username, a description of the issue, the relevant game or transaction reference number, and any supporting screenshots.

bajaj4d will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through internal channels, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under our licensing framework.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bajaj4d holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their own jurisdiction where those laws expressly cannot be excluded by contract.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian law and accept that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. bajaj4d does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming for any specific user.

15 Amendments

bajaj4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
